Our History

Enercom Capital was founded in 2011 as a consolidation of our investment efforts under one holding structure.

A number of important events and milestones lead to this.

  • In 2006, we established Amicorp Baltic, a subsidiary of Amicorp Group.
  • In 2009, we founded Lewben Family Offices.
  • In 2010 the business moved into its current state of the art headquarters on the 10th floor at Tumeno str. 4 in Vilnius.
  • A stake in Charter Jets, a provider of tailored charter jet service packages, was acquired in 2010

After the incorporation of Enercom Capital in 2011, we continued without reducing the pace:

  • In 2011, we co-invested in a commercial real estate development project to develop one of the oldest open air markets in Vilnius
  • In 2012, we invested in Fireaway, a manufacturer of innovative fire extinction products in the U.S.
  • In 2012, we founded Provestum, an FMCG specialist for the emerging markets.
  • In the last several years we got involved into a number of social ventures – Lithuanian Expatriate Art Foundation (2010), Lewben Art Foundation (2012), Vilnius City Opera (2012) and Air Lituanica (2013).  With these steps we chose to play a significant role in promoting artistic heritage and contemporary cultural life of Lithuania as well as supporting a bold business venture to establish a new national air carrier.
